The 7th International Conference on System Reliability and Safety Engineering
(SRSE 2025) was held in Jilin, Changchun, China from November 20-23, 2025. The

the Operations Research Society of China, hosted by Advanced Computing and
Digital Technology Research Center, patrons with Beijing Institute of
Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Science and
Technology, Qingdao University, Shanghai University, Shanghai Jiao Tong
University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Sun Yat-sen University, Xi’an
Jiaotong University, City University of Hong Kong, University of Alberta,
Politecnico di Milano, etc.
2025年11月20-23日,第七届系统可靠性与安全工程国际会议(SRSE 2025) 在吉林长春净月潭益田喜来登酒店成功召开。本次会议由中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所、新加坡国立大学、IEEE主办,中国科学院沈阳自动化研究所、哈尔滨工业大学电气工程与自动化学院、工业和信息化部第五电子研究所(CEPREI)协办,中国运筹学会可靠性分会提供技术支持,先进计算与数字技术研究中心承办,北京工业大学、哈尔滨工业大学、南京理工大学、青岛大学、上海大学、上海交通大学、西北工业大学、中山大学、西安交通大学、香港城市大学、阿尔伯塔大学、米兰理工大学等高校赞助。

The conference invited Professor Hongzhong Huang, Academician of the New York
Academy of Sciences and Professor at the University of Electronic Science and
Technology of China; Professor Chunhui Zhao of Zhejiang University; Professor
Lirong Cui of Qingdao University; and Professor Huapeng Chen of East China
Jiaotong University to deliver keynote speeches. In addition to the keynote
speeches, the conference featured 10 invited speakers, 15 offline parallel
sessions and 2 online parallel sessions, as well as 1 poster session and 151
academic reports. Speakers engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on
several important topics in reliability and safety engineering, including
"Advanced Reliability Modeling and Intelligent Operation Management,"
"Prediction and Management of Battery System Health and Risk," "Model-Based
Failure Mechanism Analysis and Reliability Assessment of Electronic Devices and
Systems," and "Mechanical and Electrical Component Quality Consistency Design
Technology Based on Digital Models." 131 papers were included in the conference
proceedings.
会议邀请了美国纽约科学院院士、电子科技大学黄洪钟教授,浙江大学赵春晖教授,青岛大学崔利荣教授,华东交通大学陈华鹏教授做主旨报告。除主旨报告外,会议设有10位特邀报告人,设置了15个线下分会场和2个线上分会场,以及1场海报展示和151篇学术报告,报告者围绕“先进可靠性建模与智能运营管理”“电池系统健康和风险的预测和管理”“电子设备和系统的基于模型的失效机理分析和可靠性评估”“基于数字模型的机电元件质量一致性设计技术”等多个可靠性与安全工程领域内的重要主题作深入交流和探讨,其中131篇论文收录到会议论文集。


The presentations and discussions among the participating scholars were rich in
content, forward-looking, and insightful, fully showcasing the latest
theoretical research achievements and application progress in system reliability
and security. During the conference, participants engaged in extensive exchanges
and in-depth discussions on the related findings. This conference recognized two
outstanding reviewers, one outstanding organizing committee member, one
outstanding contributor, three best student papers, five best papers, fourteen
best oral presenters, and two best poster presenters.
与会学者交流内容丰富,具有前瞻性和启发性,充分展示了系统可靠性与安全的最新理论研究成果及其应用进展,会议期间与会学者围绕相关成果进行了广泛交流和深入讨论。本次大会的共产生2位优秀审稿人,1位优秀组织奖,1位突出贡献奖,3篇最佳学生论文,5篇最佳论文,14名最佳口头报告人以及2名最佳海报展示人.
